(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – During the State of the Union address, President Joe Biden made a mistake when referring to Laken Riley, the 22-year-old nursing student who was recently found dead at her university campus.

Former President Donald Trump, during his campaign rally in Georgia, a key battleground state, argued that it was a shame how Riley would be alive if Biden had taken action to secure the United States border instead of allowing thousands of criminals to illegally enter the country. He proceeded to promise Riley’s family that he was going to be demanding justice for their daughter.

Trump argued that he was going to fight more than anyone had in order to ensure that this would never happen to anyone else ever again. As he said he was going to do everything in his power to ensure that this was not going to be happening.

He added that Biden had been forced to make reference to Riley only because of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., shouting at him at the State of the Union address and that even then he had incorrectly said her name was “Lincoln Riley.”

Riley attended Augusta University College of Nursing where her body was discovered beaten on Feb. 22. Riley had been out on a run at the time of the assault and death. Venezuelan Jose Antonio Ibarra was arrested on assault and murder charges in connection to her death. Ibarra had illegally entered the United States in 2022.

Trump claimed that Ibarra had been allowed to enter the country and be free under the program that the Biden administration has created.
