(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Outside of former President Donald Trump, South Carolina Senator Tim Scott (R) might be able to bring in the biggest win in the party’s primary season. While Scott’s campaign for the White House had failed to gather the necessary support and attention, still his enthusiastic campaigning caught the attention of the former President who is now considering him as his running mate.

In the Feb. 24 primary election, Scott played an important supporting role for the former President during interviews and campaign rallies. During a recent Fox News town hall, Trump who does not usually opt to share the spotlight taped a segment alongside Scott on stage. The two men had been wearing matching red ties, which gave the visual impression that the two were already competing together on the ticket.

Earlier in the town hall Trump had referred to who he was considering on his shortlist of vice presidents. Trump pointed out that there were many people who had been talking about Scott, who had been sitting in the front row.

Trump’s performance in the Republican primary race so far has resulted in many people vying to become his vice president. Many have been making attempts to win the spot for over a year and had been flying to Trump’s rallies and had been campaigning with the former President in many early-voting states. If Trump manages to win the White House he would only be allowed to stay in office for one term. This would mean that his vice president would become the front-runner in the 2028 presidential election.
