(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Monday former President Trump told a supporter that they were correct for pushing for 12 years of Trump.
During a rally in New Hampshire, ahead of the first-in-the-nation primary, a Trump supporter shouted “12 years of Trump.” In response, Trump said that his supporters were right and that this was interesting. He added they should not be saying that too loudly as his opponents will just start saying that Trump wanted more and that he was a “fascist.” As he pointed out this was something that those who opposed him love to say about him.
These latest remarks come at a time when Trump has faced a lot of criticism by the Democrats and even some Republicans have expressed concerns about the possibility of him leading an authoritarian government if he wins a second term in office. Fox News anchor Sean Hannity had specifically asked Trump repeatedly when a second Trump administration would mean he would abuse power or even serve as a “dictator.”
Trump had attempted to avoid the question, but when pressed he said that he would only act as a dictator on “day one” to secure the U.S. border and that he would not be a dictator after that. These are remarks he repeated days later, which led to many concerns over what a possible Trump administration would look like after the 2024 election.
A recent poll has found that 56 percent of all voters believe that Trump is going to be acting as a dictator if he is reelected to the White House.
