(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Sunday former national security adviser John Bolton stated during an appearance on “The Cats Roundtable” on WABC 770 AM-N.Y., that President Joe Biden was putting pressure on Israel to stop its attack against Gaza, which as he argued is unprecedented.
Bolton claimed that such a break in the Israel, U.S. relationship was unprecedented as Biden was putting pressure on one of the country’s allies amidst what they perceived to be an “existential threat.”
Israel has stated publicly that it has three goals in its war on Hamas, after terrorists had taken approximately 250 Israeli hostages during the Oct. 7 terror attack had had been using them as a human shield. According to the Israeli government, they were looking for the return of all the hostages, to eradicate all Hamas terrorists in Gaza, and finally to demilitarize and deradicalize Gaza.
However, in the United States, President Biden is facing a lot of pressure from anti-Israel leftist protesters and pro-Palestinian progressives within the Democratic Party. He has also warned the country against its plans to attack Rafah, a city bordering Egypt, where Israel claims the last Hamas terrorists are hiding out.
Bolton told host John Catsimatidis that the Democratic party’s left wing and the fear that they might lose the election in November, is guiding Biden in his move to break from Israel as it is fighting against terrorism in Gaza.
Biden has threatened that if Israel proceeds with its attack on Gaza, then the U.S. would withhold arms which would be used by Israel as it tries to attack what Hamas’ last remaining hideout.
