(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Tuesday, Manhattan district attorney’s office prosecutor Susan Hoffinger questioned adult film star Stormy Daniels in the hush money trial taking place in New York City. According to the latest report by the New York Post Hoffinger has in the past donated to Democrats, including making two $500 donations to President Joe Biden’s presidential campaign in 2020.

During the 2020 election cycle, Hoffinger reportedly donated more than $900 to ActBlue, the platform used for fundraising by many liberal organizations and members of the Democratic party. According to the FEC filings, the prosecutor has been found to be donating exclusively to Democratic candidates since 2004, starting with then-presidential nominee John Kerry 2004.

Judge Juan Merchan, overseeing the case, also has a daughter connected to Democrat fundraising.

Daniels during her testimony provided jurors with an overview of her sexual encounter in 2006 with the former President, which had then led to the hush money payment for her to keep quiet ahead of the 2016 presidential race.

Todd Blanche, the defense attorney of the former President argued that the testimony was “prejudicial” and has been pushing for a mistrial declaration. Hoffinger opposed the request as unfounded, and Judge Merchan ended up denying the request.

Hoffinger is not the only member of the prosecution team to have been connected to the Democrats. FEC records have also found that senior counsel Matthew Colangelo who previously served in the Department of Justice under Trump, had in 2018 received $12,000 in “political consulting” fees from the Democratic National Committee.
