(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Friday, Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., revealed why he had invited three of Biden’s business associates to a hearing by the Oversight Committee connected to the alleged influence peddling case. She pointed out the hearing was going to move forward next week whether or not Hunter Biden ended up joining the hearing or not.
Hunter Biden’s attorney Abbe D. Lowell had previously revealed during an interview that Hunter Biden was not planning on attending the hearing. Apart from Hunter Biden three of his associates had also been invited to join the hearing. Those reportedly were Jason Galanis, Devon Archer, and Tony Bobulinski to testify on March 20 during the 10 a.m. public hearing.
On Wednesday Lowell had stated that he had denied the request to attend the hearing as it was going Bobolinks to be a “carnival sideshow.” Lowell argued that the hearing had only been created for the media and that this attempt was not appropriate.
Lowell had pointed out that Biden’s hearing on March 21 in California would not permit him to attend the hearing in California. Previously all of the individuals had testified behind closed doors. Their testimonies were part of the impeachment inquiry into President Biden.
During his testimony, Hunter Biden had repeatedly claimed that his father Joe Biden was not in any way involved with his business’ foreign deals. However, Comer argued that the public hearing would allow them to look more closely at some of the inconsistencies in the testimonies of witnesses as they try to figure out the “truth for the American people.”
