(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Monday a new survey was conducted in which it was found that less than 30 percent of  Americans believe that Ohio Sen. JD Vance (R) is the “best” or even a  “good” pick  as Trump’s vice presidential pick.

The survey was conducted after Vance was announced as part of the Republican ticket. However, according to the results only 27 percent of Americans believe that the Senator is the “best” or even a “good” pick for Trump’s vice-presidential pick.

The majority of respondents, 37 percent, argued that they were not sure whether or not Vance was a good choice. Another 16 percent stated that the decision had not been “bad” or “good.”

However, 20 percent did state that they view the choice in a negative light, with 11 percent arguing that Vance is a “bad” choice but he was not the worst. However, 9 percent argued that the senator was the best possible choice.

Republicans appear to have the most positive view of Vance as a vice presidential pick, with the majority of Republicans arguing that he was either the best option (27 percent) or according to 29 percent a good pick. However, even they would not describe him as the best one. Still, around 2 percent of Republicans stated that Vance was a bad pick, while another 2 percent argued that he was the “worst” pick.

In the same poll, Vance’s favorability was also mentioned, with 43 percent of respondents arguing that they were unsure about him and that they did not view him unfavorably or favorably.
