(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – In Utah, a teen driver drifting over the media crashed into two oncoming cars head-on. The accident, which was captured on dashcam footage, resulted in three people suffering injuries. The three-car collision took place around 5 p.m. on Saturday.

The Utah County Sheriff’s Office revealed that as the 17-year-old driver was heading down Cory Wride Memorial Highway, they drifted over the center median, causing a crash with the vehicles that were eastbound. One of the last vehicles involved in the crash has a dashcam that captured the incident and shows how the teen’s car ended up striking the first car, which then led it to roll over and spin, slamming into the second car.

The vehicle then moved in front of the dashcam vehicle and collided with the third car. The dashcam footage ended after an image of a shattered windshield was captured.

The police revealed that three people had been injured and were hospitalized, but that none of the victims suffered from life-threatening injuries. The incident also resulted in the road temporarily closing and reopening on Saturday at around 7:30 p.m.

It is not yet clear what caused the teen to enter the opposite lane, which resulted in the car crash.
