(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Former President Donald Trump called for Justice Arthur Engoron to “terminate” his ruling from last week, where he determined that Trump, his two oldest sons, and the Trump Organization had defrauded insurers and banks for decades. Trump has alleged that Engoron’s ruling was made using the incorrect information provided by Attorney General Letitia James of New York.
Last week, Engoron issued his ruling without a trial. However, some experts have criticized the ruling, stating that it was “utterly delusional” to believe that Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property was only worth $18 million.
On Monday, the $250 million civil lawsuit trial began following the judge’s ruling.
On Tuesday morning, Trump took to his social media platform, Truth Social, to argue that the Court has now agreed that the value of his Mar-a-Lago estate was much higher than the $18 million that James had previously claimed and that the attorney general had provided a much lower valuation for Trump’s assets than the actual value of those assets. He further slammed James, whom he referred to as a “monster,” for allowing crime to reach the level of an “epidemic” in New York and for letting illegal migrants take over the case. Finally, he called for the judge to backtrack on his original ruling, terminating it as it was based on the incorrect information provided by James.
Trump also claimed that his actual worth and valuation were higher than those he had disclosed in the financial statements. Additionally, he added that there was a disclaimer clause at the very start of the financial declaration, which shows that this case should be dismissed. He also called for James to face sanctions for providing extremely low values for Trump’s assets in this case.
