In a 44-second video shared on social media, former President Donald Trump called President Joe Biden a “broken down pile of crap” and asserts, Biden will be “quitting the race.”
While it’s unclear when the video was filmed, Trump has embraced the video, sharing it on Truth Social.
In the video, Trump is sitting in a golf cart beside his youngest son, Barron, and talking to at least two men off-camera as he hands the men cash tips, which leans into his caption on Truth Social: “No tax on tips!”
At the start of the video, Trump asks the men how they thought he did during last Thursday’s Presidential debate, describing the President as a “broken down pile of crap.”
Trump then informs the men, presumably golf caddies, that Biden “just quit,” stating “he’s quitting the race.”
The former President takes responsibility for getting Biden to quit but notes that would mean Vice President Kamala Harris would take over, who Trump asserts is “so bad” and “so pathetic.”
He then turns his attention back to Biden, querying whether the men can “imagine” Biden “dealing with Russian President Vladimir Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping.
Trump concludes by telling the men that “they just announced [Biden’s] probably quitting,” before driving off in the golf cart.
Since last Thursday’s Presidential debate, Biden’s campaign has been putting out fires while asserting Biden wouldn’t be withdrawing from the race, despite calls to do so from some Democrats, including House Democrats.
