(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Wednesday, Donald Trump Jr. spoke during the Republican National Convention arguing that his father, former President Donald Trump had exhibited the character of Americans following the assassination attempt against him when he had pumped his fist and called for people to “fight”.

Trump Jr. pointed out that people often say that you cannot know what your response will be to a moment of danger unless it happens. However, his father in that moment when his life was being threatened had chosen not to cower and instead had the courage to put Americans first. He added that his father had not only shown his own character in that moment but he had shown the character of the United States, as he stood bloodied with the U.S. flag behind him. He noted that the world had seen that his spirit and the true spirit of the United States could not be broken.

Trump Jr. proceeded to say during his appearance that Americans know what it is like to be afraid or confused and that during the assassination attempt, every American had felt anxious. He added that their fear was about whether their country would end up being torn apart. However, as he pointed out Americans have other anxieties too, relating to the immigration crisis, education indoctrination, the attacks on free speech, and partisan law.

He also slammed the media and the Democrats arguing that they had lied for a lot of things and that people would soon understand the true extent they have gone to in order to divide the country.
