(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On August 14, Andreas Probst, a retired California police chief, was killed during a hit-and-run in Las Vegas. Authorities have now alleged that the incident might have been deliberate.

In the video from the incident, the laughing teenager seems to have deliberately hit Probst with a stolen vehicle. The video of the hit-and-run has gone viral since its posting and has left the former police chief’s widow furious.

As Crystal Probst, Probst’s widow, noted during her first public statement to Fox News Digital, this was not just about one victim, but rather it was about how everyone in America had become victims “of senseless crimes.” She added that everyone needed to appear in courtrooms and show their outrage. This statement was made after the announcement that the driver would face a murder charge.

Crystal Probst argued in her statement that the murder of her husband was only the latest example of how many U.S. cities have become victims of anarchy and how there is a general lack of accountability for criminals.

The 64-year-old former police chief had been on a morning bike ride when he was hit by the car at around 6:04 a.m. on Aug. 14. The incident took place close to West Centennial Parkway, according to a statement from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.

After hitting Probst, the driver fled the scene. Probst, who was still alive, was taken to the hospital, where he passed away from his injuries. In the video from the hit-and-run, the giggling passenger tells the driver to “hit his a–” after being asked by the driver if they are “ready?”
