(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Fox Sports sideline reporter Erin Andrews in her recent appearance on the “Calm Down” podcast with Charissa Thomson shared some of her more interesting interactions with fans. As she said there had been one fan who had wanted to get a photo with her.
As Andrews recalled she had been standing with Baker Mayfield before a game and there had been a guy who called out to her “‘Erin, come over here! I want a picture!’” The experience made her immediately think “‘Am I an animal in a zoo?’”
Mayfield had also noticed the fan’s behavior and had tapped her on the shoulder telling her to “have fun with that one.”
Andrews had proceeded to imitate the fan screaming that they had wanted a picture and argued that she wanted a lot of things and yet she was not screaming at people.
This was not the only interaction that Andrews shared. She proceeded to share that on Christmas Eve while covering the Miami Dolphins versus Dallas Cowboys game she recalled an interaction at the Fort Lauderdale airport when she had seen a guy who was “clearly over-served.” She proceeded to try and get some food from the bar before they closed which prompted the man to give her some advice.
The guy had turned to her and said, “I know who you are” to which she responded with “Cool” and proceeded to tip the server who had gotten her food. The guy continued by saying that she needed to smile more, to which Andrews responded that she had not asked.
