(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – President Biden made a sarcastic remark towards reporters as they were made to leave a NATO meeting between Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and himself. The incident took place on Wednesday, when Biden told aides that the press needed to leave the room while many reporters continued to ask questions of both leaders.
Biden proceeded to snap back sarcastically, rating the quality of the questions the reporters were asking. The incident took place during the NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania. The meeting between the two presidents started with them discussing the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO. Biden then assured Zelenskyy that Ukraine would eventually be welcome to join the alliance.
Near the end of the meeting, Biden then said that he was hoping this meeting would have stopped all questions about whether or not Ukraine was welcome to join the NATO alliance, adding that it would happen in time.
He then added that there was still a lot to talk about and that the press had to exit the room. The order was met with some slight laughter, but as the press was exiting the rooms, many of the reporters continued to ask Zelenskyy questions.
Biden stopped the small questions and answers section by claiming it had been an “hour and 20 minutes.” He then proceeded to sarcastically say that the press was asking very “insightful questions.”
President Biden is known for frequently snapping and responding to the press in a belittling manner, and this was only the latest incident where Biden snapped at reporters.
