(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Nancy Pelosi’s daughter made the ridiculous claim that Trump is obsessed with her mother.
Taking to X on Thursday, Christine Pelosi accused former President Donald Trump of having a “deranged obsession” with Democratic Rep. Nancy Pelosi (California), her mother.
Christine Pelosi’s remarks come after reports surfaced about the former President telling a group of GOP lawmakers in a private meeting that the California Democrat’s daughter told him he and the former House Speaker would be “perfect” for each other.
According to Punchbowl News, former President Donald Trump discussed how the GOP would forge a path to victory in the upcoming election with House Republicans but occasionally went off-topic, making jokes and off-hand remarks.
At one point during the closed-door meeting, it was reported that Trump called Nancy Pelosi’s daughter a “wacko,” because she told the former President that had things been “different,” Trump and her mother would “be perfect together.”
One of the lawmakers in attendance at the hour-long meeting on Capitol Hill confirmed Trump’s statement to the Washington Examiner.
Although it’s unclear which of Pelosi’s four daughters Trump was referencing, Christine Pelosi took it upon herself to suggest the former President has an unhealthy obsession with her mother and lied about the incident.
In a post on X, Christine Pelosi stated she was “Speaking for all 4 Pelosi daughters” by stating Trump’s remarks are a “LIE.”
Describing Trump as “unwell,” Christine added that Trump’s “deceitful, deranged obsession” with the former House Speaker was “another reason” the former President was “unfit” to be anywhere near the White House or Nancy Pelosi.
