(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – During Monday’s episode of “The ReidOut” , MSNBC host Joy Reid cursed live on air. It has not yet been made clear what led to the explicit hot mic moment which occurred during a statement by President Biden.
Reid during a monologue blasting the GOP Reid dropped an F-bomb and accused them of having been “taking credit” for bills that had only passed through Congress because they received the necessary support from the Democrats and had been signed by the President. She also specifically blasted the GOP over obstructing an immigration bill just because of former President Donald Trump.
Reid argued during her speech that President Biden had clearly shown his intention to take action in order to solve the border issue. The network proceeded to cut to Biden’s remarks which were interrupted by the host’s voice.
Reid said with a chuckle “Starting another f—in’ war,” before her mic was cut off. In the next statement, she appeared to be accusing the former President of trying to “kill” the immigration deal before she continued on with her monologue.
Near the end of the show, Reid apologized for her hot mic moment claiming that it was some “‘behind the scenes’ chatter.” In her apology, she noted that they attempted to keep the show PG-13 and that she wanted to apologize to anyone who had heard her behind-the-scenes chatter during the clip.
MSNBC did not issue any statement regarding the incident and has provided no further explanation of what happened.
