( – Fox News Digital in a new report has stated that the House investigation into what had actually occurred on Jan. 6, 2021, during the Capitol attack was entering a “new phase.” The investigation is now being led by Rep. Barry Loudermilk who has vowed to tell American people the truth.

House Administration Committee’s Oversight Subcommittee’s chairman Loudermilk, R-Ga., has stated that his investigation which had originally started under former Speaker Kevin McCarthy now has the support of House Speaker Mike Johnson.

In an exclusive interview with Fox News Digital, he noted that the investigation would be expanding and entering a new phase. He added that the Speaker has committed to providing them with any resources necessary for them to move forward, and has in essence tripled the size of the committee’s staff.

As he pointed out, the investigation is going to be focused on what actually happened on January 6, and how these people “whoever they were” managed to enter the Capitol. He then asked whether this was a possible security failure and added that they would also be investigating the Jan. 6 Select Committee’s conduct during their probe.

Loudermilk pointed out that the American people had every right to find out what had happened and that their main goal would be to find out the truth and provide the American people with a way to make their own determination based on the facts they have available, and the facts of what occurred instead of them listening to predetermined narratives and ideas.
