(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – Nikki Haley, the former South Carolina ambassador, argued recently that only her candidacy in the Presidential election would help remove the “chaos” that surrounds former President Donald Trump.

On Saturday during her appearance at the Iowa candidate forum, Haley stated that the United States had descended to “chaos” and that the one thing clear was that there was no way that the chaos created by the Democrats could be defeated through the chaos that the GOP are creating. She added that chaos was what Trump would bring.

As the Iowa Caucus is nearing, with only five weeks to go until the start of the primary race, both Haley and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis have started attacking the former President a lot more. Currently, the two are competing for second place in the Republican primary race as Trump has maintained a strong lead in the race.

Haley also pointed out that she had supported Trump during his first term in office, but that currently was not the time for a second Trump administration. She reiterated that Trump had been the right president at that time, but that current chaos followed him. She added that they needed to have a new generational conservative leader that would help the country emerge out of the chaos.

Haley proceeded to argue that she was a younger alternative to the former president who is currently dealing with several legal challenges. The former South Carolina governor, who was appointed by Trump to serve as the U.N. ambassador during his administration, warned that if Trump was nominated again the situation would not be positive for the Republican party.

As she pointed out the GOP had lost seven out of the last eight popular votes for the White House. She added that it was time for them to try and win the majority of Americans.
