(RestoreAmericancGlory.com) – On Monday, Geoff Duncan, the former Republican Georgia Lt. Gov., during an appearance on CNN’s “Erin Burnett OutFront” spoke about his testimony before the Fulton County grand jury stating that the atmosphere had been “very serious.”

He added that everything was as expected, with the conversation being kept up as he answered all of the grand jury’s questions to the best of his ability. As he said he was going to avoid providing any details as he would not want to risk the investigation’s integrity but overall he can say that it was an “intense meeting.”

Duncan’s testimony which had taken place on Monday lasted for more than an hour. As he said during the testimony nothing unexpected happened and he had been able to provide a “simple answer” to all of the questions being asked. He further stated that those in the room had been paying the “highest level of attention” and that they were all prepared and ready to take on this “serious work”

He also pointed out that while did not know when the grand jury’s indictment was going to come out at the time, there had been a high level of security surrounding the courthouse and he had never seen something like that before. As he said this was an area that he was very familiar with as it is close to the Capitol, and yet he had never seen that much police activity there.

Earlier on Monday Trump had argued that Duncan should not be testifying as he “barely” even knew him.”
