(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – This week, President Joe Biden is going to be celebrating the Democratic Party’s election wins and events, taking credit for some of the party’s successes in the Tuesday elections, which included the reelection of the Kentucky governor.
Biden stated on Thursday during a campaign event that his administration policies had clearly taken hold over people and that voters were in favor of them. He added that the Democratic Party had people voting for them and these policies over and over again.
During his first remarks after Tuesday’s election, Biden touted Gov. Andy Beshear’s re-election and noted that the governor had won a second term in Kentucky using programs that were all part of the Biden administration’s initiatives.
He also noted that the party had also won in Ohio, where voters passed a ballot initiative that protected abortion access by enshrining it in the state’s constitution. Biden also attacked former President Donald Trump, who is likely to be his opponent in November’s race, arguing that he was the only reason why abortions were banned in America.
Biden also referred to the victories in Pennsylvania and pointed out that the Democratic majority in the state had been expanded and that in Virginia, the Democrats had managed to keep their control of the state legislature.
Biden stated after the election that, since his race against Donald Trump, he has not stopped winning. He also referenced his success in the midterm elections and noted that they have had many big wins, which, as he pointed out, are often independent of the president. As he pointed out, for example, he had not campaigned for Beshear, whom he called a “good friend.”
