(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – After footage emerged of President Joe Biden’s motorcade driving through Atlanta, a deep blue city, where he was set to give his commencement speech at Morehouse, critics remarked on the crowd size — or lack thereof.
Taking to X, RNC research queried if “a presidential motorcade” passed through town but nobody cared “Did it really pass through town?”
Saturday’s post accompanied a video showing that Biden’s motorcade didn’t receive any fanfare. As the President’s motorcade passed a typically busy intersection, the streets remained empty with only a few onlookers filming the President’s motorcade.
The President was in Atlanta to host a fundraiser in the ultra-luxury neighborhood of Buckhead, where he praised Georgia’s voters as being the reason he beat former President Donald Trump in 2020.
Biden told his supporters that those who “doubt[ed] the power” of voting should visit Georgia, claiming voters in the Peach State were the reason he won in 2020.
But despite Biden’s highly-publicized arrival in Atlanta, footage showed a lack of fanfare over the President’s presence. Videos circulating on social media show how empty the city’s sidewalks were on Saturday as Biden’s motorcade drove past.
The footage drew massive criticism online.
One X user noted that “nobody cared” about Biden’s motorcade in the city despite Atlanta being “deep blue.”
Another X user joked that Biden can “draw a crowd,” highlighting that the only people in the vicinity of the President’s motorcade “are
waiting to cross the street.”
Student at the historically Black college also expressed their disdain for Biden’s appearance at the school.
One student told WSB-TV that the consensus on the campus was that they “don’t want [Biden] here.”
