(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Thursday, President Joe Biden’s reelection campaign released a new campaign ad in which former President Donald Trump is going to be presented as Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “lap dog.”

The ad, which goes by the name “Lap Dog” is attempting to portray Trump as being close to Putin and is highlighting the recent indictment of former President Trump earlier this year. The ad also includes Trump’s recent comments as he had argued that he had told NATO members that if they wanted protection, they would need to be contributing enough to the defense spending targets of the alliance.

In the ad, it is argued that this is who Trump was and that he is a “lapdog” for Putin, who they refer to as a dictator who blames the United States. They add that the United States should never be the way that Russia is and that they would not be undermining freedom and empowering dictators.

The subsequent clip is of Biden who states that the United States is not going to be moving away from Ukraine, which is currently dealing with a Russian invasion.

The ad was released during the NATO summit, which also commemorated the 75th anniversary of the defense alliance. The summit is being hosted in Washington, where Biden is set to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

On Wednesday, Biden during the summit reiterated his commitment to Ukraine. The summit is an important test for the President who has recently been dealing with turmoil within the party as a result of his poor performance during the presidential debate late last month.

On Thursday, Biden is also scheduled to hold a solo press conference, an important event as well as an attempt to showcase that he is mentally fit to be in office for another four years.
