(RestoreAmericanGlory.com) – On Sunday, 2024 Republican presidential candidate Chris Christie promised that if former President Donald Trump refused to enter the primary debate, he was going to follow him across the U.S.

During an appearance on “Media Buzz,” he told Fox News’s Howard Kurtz that if Trump did not attend any of the presidential debates, then they would give him one more chance. He added that he was certain that he would not attend the Reagan debate and that he was going to give him one more chance to show up in Alabama. However, if Trump does not join, then Christie would start to “follow him around the country.” He added that no matter what, they were going to end up talking, which he claimed Trump knew.

When asked further about this, Christie confirmed that he would adapt his schedule in order to follow Trump.

Last month, Trump opted not to attend the first Republican primary debate and instead had a sit-down interview with Tucker Carlson, a former Fox News host, which was released on X. Many of Trump’s allies have also indicated that he intends to not attend the second debate, which is scheduled for September 27 and is going to take place at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif.

In order to participate in the second debate, Republican candidates will need to meet new requirements, including having a minimum of 50,000 unique donors, having a minimum of 3 percent in two national polls or 3 percent in one national poll and two early state polls, and having 200 donors in 20 or more U.S. states.
